Preparing for BIRTHday Class (greater than 28 weeks)

Preparing for the BIRTHday is a free virtual class for patients who are 28 or more weeks pregnant.

Register today to participate in our virtual Birthday class and learn more about what to expect as you near the end of your third trimester—from recognizing the stages of labor, to expectations for your hospital stay, to the delivery itself.

WHO IS THIS FOR: Patients who are 28+ weeks pregnant and their support person(s).

By registering for the Physicians and Midwives Preparing for BIRTHday Class, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• P&M’s Preparing for BIRTHday Classes may be recorded and posted at a later date on our website; however, all participant names and video will be removed to ensure your privacy.
• Participants who do not wish to disclose their name or image are encouraged to change their Zoom participant name and video settings accordingly. Should a participant choose to utilize their name and/or video camera, or to disclose any other potentially identifying information, P&M is not responsible. • The information included in classes is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for medical treatment by a health care professional.

Note: Class is typically 6:30pm – 7:30pm but we often run over due to questions from the participants.
